OilHeat Rebate Submission

Welcome to the Ohio OilHeat Rebate Information page—the online information center and portal of the Ohio OilHeat Rebate program. This program is funded by the National OilHeat Research Alliance (NORA) and aims to help heating oil companies upgrade their customers to new, higher-efficiency heating oil equipment.

Customer learns about the Rebate program from their fuel supplier, HVAC contractor, or the Ohio OilHeat Council. The Council works with all parties to answer questions and ensure the new equipment meets rebate the requirements. 

Customer has new, eligible, high-efficiency heating oil equipment installed. Work with your installer to obtain the required information for the Rebate Coupon. Questions? Call the Ohio OilHeat Council at (855) 464-5432.

Submit the Rebate Coupon!

There are three ways to submit for rebate: online form, email, or regular mail.

Option 1: Online Form

Fill in the contact information and fuel supplier name, then upload copies of both the completed Rebate Coupon and the Customer's paid installation receipt.*

Who is submitting this rebate?

*For Suppliers to submit this information on behalf of the customer, you confirm that the customer received heating oil from you. Please call 855-464-5432 for further assistance.

Option 2: Email

Submit completed Rebate Coupon and a copy of the Customer's paid installation receipt by email to info@OhioOilHeatRebates.com.*

Option 3: Regular Mail

Submit completed Rebate Coupon and a copy of the Customer's paid installation receipt by mail.*

Customer receives their rebate check directly from NORA and enjoys their new home heating equipment.
