OilHeat Rebate Submission

Welcome to the Ohio OilHeat Rebate Information page—the online information center and portal of the Ohio OilHeat Rebate program. This program is funded by the National OilHeat Research Alliance (NORA) and aims to help heating oil companies upgrade their customers to new, higher-efficiency heating oil equipment.

The rebate process is easy!

Customers learn about the rebate program from their fuel supplier, HVAC contractor, or the Ohio OilHeat Council. The Council works with all parties to answer questions and ensure the new equipment will meet rebate requirements.

Submit the Rebate Coupon!

If You Are a Heating Oil Supplier: Submit rebates on behalf of consumers, either electronically or by mail.

Option 1: Fill in your contact info and upload copies of both the completed Rebate Coupon and the Customer's paid receipt of work.*

Who is submitting this rebate?

*By submitting this information on behalf of the consumer, you confirm that the consumer receives heating oil from you. Please call 855-464-5432 for further assistance.

Option 2: Submit completed Rebate Coupon and a copy of the Consumer's paid receipt by mail.*

If You Are the Customer: Ask your supplier for the information required for your new equipment, which is needed to complete the Rebate Coupon. Then, please call the Ohio OilHeat Rebate Council at (855) 464-5432 for further information and assistance.

Customer receives their rebate check directly from NORA and enjoys their new home heating equipment.
